Sources and credits
Our maps use public-domain geometry from Natural Earth, with globe imagery from NASA's Blue Marble. Historical facts are researched with Wikidata structured data (CC0). Daily stories may be adapted from Wikipedia under CC BY-SA 4.0.
Clues and reveal notes are written for Sun’s Up. Daily puzzles are selected deterministically and run entirely in your browser. Ballpark, Breadcrumb, and Cabinet link the exact source used for every answer or catalog note.
